•°☆Hello! I’m Pidge. This is my journey creating custom figures of characters from my favourite anime and manga characters.☆°•
I have always loved cosplay, making pocket-sized versions of my favourite characters seemed like a fun way to make all of the costumes I love — even the ones I would never personally wear — without completely emptying my own pockets.
FAQs
What is a ball-jointed doll?
A ball-jointed doll – frequently abbreviated as BJD – is exactly what it says on the tin: a doll with ball and socket joints. They are strung with strung with elastic rather than having the connection pins like most mass-manufactured fashion dolls.
Why are the dolls so expensive?
The majority of ball-jointed dolls are cast and finished individually by hand.
What size dolls do your patterns fit?
The patterns were created with my dolls in mind, but they can also fit most 30cm fashion dolls, such as Barbie and Rainbow High.
Where can I buy your dolls?
Currently, my dolls are not for sale, but I hope to acquire a pressure pot and start casting some for purchase in the future.
